W- what will our first order of business be? It may be hard to believe, but this is my first job. I'm unsure of how the interviewing process ought to proceed.

Ah, what an odd question. Nothing particularly unpleasant has happened today, so I think it's safe to say I'm fine.

I suppose questions about whether I'm fit for the position are in order. At least, that seems to be the most obvious approach.

Hmph, I would certainly think so. In fact, I doubt you'd be able to find someone more fit for this position than I am.
